India must allow private mining – Panel

Russian coal mine explosion killed 32, 58 still trapped
MOSCOW – Rescue workers drove to 58 people trapped in the biggest coal mine in Russia on Monday as the death toll in twin explosions underground storage increased to 32. More than 350 miners were underground explosions at Raspadskaya, a coal 3.000 kilometers (1,850 miles) east of Moscow in the Kemerovo region of Siberia, at the weekend hit. Nearly 300 of them managed to escape. “A tragedy happened on Raspadskaya. Due to an explosion of people were killed.
