One Hurt in Meigs County mine accident. Gatling, Ohio, is an injured miner to fly to a West Virginia hospital after an accident at a mine Meigs County. Emergency dispatchers tell WSAZ.com it happened on the Yellow Bush Mine just before 15:00 Monday. They say the man’s hand was amputated in the accident.

Medlfight was called and transported the man St. Mary’s Medical Center in Huntington, W.Va. Meigs dispatchers say the Racine Fire Department and Medic 2 responded to the accident.
